A message from the vendor:  Please know that due to vendors consistently moving back restock dates on us, the manager and boss have decided on a policy change with how we handle backorders. Moving forward, we will be refunding any customer who has a back-ordered item when the store is done in production. We apologize ahead of time for any inconveniences this may cause. We won't know what is on backorder until the store has been completed in production. When the store is shipped out or picked up, we will send emails to anyone with backorders explaining that they have been refunded. Refunds will take 2-3 business days to return to your bank account.
