HOST YOUR EVENT AT CHAPEL

Many rental spaces are waiting for you to consider in the various buildings scattered across our campus. Whether you are planning an intimate gathering or a grand wedding reception for up to 250 guests, we can cater to your event needs. Our available spaces include small and large meeting rooms, spacious event halls, well-equipped kitchen facilities, the beautiful sanctuary, and a vast grass field.

RENTAL FEE

Fees are set to compenstate for the utilization of our facilities and to cover the responsibilities of our staff. Members benefit from reduced fees as a result of their ongoing financial contributions to Chapel. The term "member" indicates that the renting party is an active participant of Chapel Church. 

Please be sure to note the following prior to reviewing the fees below.

  • Setup and Teardown time should be considered in the request by the customer when making reservation.
  • Daily rentals include Kitchen use.  
  • Hourly rentals exclude Kitchen use however, usage and fees can be negotiated during reservation.

CARE & USE

As a church, we bear the responsibility of preserving and tending to the facilities and property bestowed upon us by God. To ensure harmonious operations, we kindly request compliance with the following guidelines:

  • Renters are accountable for setting up and cleaning up after their event.
  • The facility and equipment must be returned to their original state and location by renters.
  • Any necessary cleaning and damages incurred will be the financial responsibility of the renting party.
  • Usage of kitchen equipment is restricted to pre-approved caterers only.
  • The premises strictly prohibit smoking, alcoholic beverages, and all tobacco products.
  • Items may only be affixed to walls using gaffer tape.
  • Groups must confine their activities to the reserved area and restroom facilities.
  • For projectors or additional sound systems, a Media Technician is required at an extra charge as specified in the contract agreement.

Due to the high demand for our facilities, our calendar fills up rapidly.
